Scope and Consent

We need you to understand the reasons and methods by which SpeedEX (“SpeedEX”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and/or processes your personal data (as defined below) in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to you and all individuals who provide personal data to SpeedEX or whose personal data is otherwise collected, used, processed, stored, and/or disclosed by SpeedEX for its operational purposes and/or objectives.

This Policy supplements but does not supersede or replace any consent you may have previously provided to SpeedEX, and does not affect any rights SpeedEX may have at law in connection with the collection, use, processing, and/or disclosure of any individual's personal data.

SpeedEX may update this Policy from time to time to ensure that it complies with our business needs or to adapt to changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Notification of any significant revisions will also be posted on the SpeedEX Website. By continuing your relationship with SpeedEX after any amendments are posted on the SpeedEX Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted the revised Policy.

This Policy constitutes part of the terms and conditions that govern your specific relationship with SpeedEX (if any) (“Terms and Conditions”) and should be read in conjunction with those Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SpeedEX will ensure that third parties receiving personal data from SpeedEX incorporate appropriate contractual terms to protect such personal data in a manner consistent with this policy, and shall not use such personal data for any purpose other than the purposes specified by SpeedEX in a written agreement with the third party.

SpeedEX assumes no responsibility for the security and/or management of personal data shared by third-party websites accessed through links on the SpeedEX website.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for SpeedEX to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal data at any time by submitting a request to the SpeedEX Data Protection Officer at cs@speedEX.io.

Withdrawing consent may affect the services we are able to provide to you. Depending on the extent to which you withdraw consent for us to process your personal data, this may mean that we cannot continue our existing business relationship with you.
